Misc. No. 43011 of 2023, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court but due to inadvertence, the father's name of the petitioner was typed as Amarnath Sah in place of Umanath Sah in cause title.

Let the father's name of the petitioner, namely Dhananjay Sah @ Dhananjay Kumar be modified as Umanath Sah in cause title.

Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed and the order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43011 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
