2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the motorcycle of the informant, parked in front of his house, was stolen away by some unknown miscreant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Md. Meraj from whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner has figured, has been granted bail by this court. It has further been submitted that the co-accused Md. Meraj had parked the motorcycle in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67462 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 verandah of the petitioner without giving information to him that it was a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13-04-2024.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
