Mr. Pathak while filing a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.3, presents a cheque bearing No.025282 for an amount of Rs.3,52,721.63 drawn from the Cooperative Bank in favour of the petitioner stated to be the refund admissible to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2703 of 2016(11) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 petitioner under the orders of this Court. The cheque is being received by Mr. Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Pathak submits that the compliance is subject to the outcome of the appeal.

In view of the status so present where the order has been complied albeit subject to the outcome of the appeal, I dispose of the contempt application.
