2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 402 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was returning to his home, all the FIR named accused persons surrounded him and started abusing him. Further, at the order of petitioner no. 1, petitioner no. 2 assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod, with an intention to kill him. When the informant's brother came to rescue him, he was also assaulted

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are the person of clean antecedents and are under custody since 28.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 402 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
