Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) PS Case No.147 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 308, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, while the orchestra programme was going on the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that there is scuffle between the parties and considering the same one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 16.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58184 of 2019

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.147 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
