In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

(1) That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writs, orders and directions to the respondents authorities for the appointment of the petitioner on any of the Class-III post under the State Govt. on compassionate basis.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 3rd April, 2017 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.4776-4777 of 2017 (Mukesh & Anr. vs. State of Bihar &

Patna High Court CWJC No.19895 of 2010(11) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 Ors.).

The petitioner is directed to file a representation enclosing the above mentioned order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court before the competent authority, who shall examine the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner taking into account the order enclosed with the representation and identical claim of the petitioner, if any.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
