Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 54, 57, 63, 53(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, after completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3587 of 2017 (3) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Ballia Police Station Case No. 190 of 2016.
