ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank on instructions states that the auction conducted by the respondent-Bank yesterday i.e., 28.08.2025 has failed and, therefore, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel further states that if the petitioner is having any grievance, he has to approach the DRT, Patna under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13552 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach the DRT, Patna, if he is so advised.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
