03-07-2015 Learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 15 as well as Sri Barjangi Lal, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 & 6, at the very outset, submits that since the present writ petition pertains to a mutation dispute, this matter may be referred to the Tribunal, constituted under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The submission made by learned counsel for petitioners was not disputed by learned counsel for private respondents. Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
