The petitioner is accused in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Dinesh Choudhary. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2016 but he has not put in T.I. Parade while the informant has claimed to identify the culprits. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases due to that reason he has falsely been implicated in the present case and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2371 of 2017 (2) dt.03-02-2017 he is in custody since 26.11.2016 in the present case. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
