2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2019 in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the deceased died due to illness. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP on the other hand submits on the basis of case diary that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is an auto driver. There is accusation of demand for dowry and torture by the petitioner and his family members. The body of the deceased has not been recovered.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
