Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62314/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 03.10.2019 but till date no witness has turn up for examination. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
