JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and assaulting the complainant for non fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

On behalf of the petitioner certified copy of order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Matrimonial Suit No. 246/2014 and order dated 23.6.2015 passed in Maintenance Case No.403 of 2014 have been placed. From perusal of the said order it appears that the petitioner and the complainant are residing together.

No.27967 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lal Bahadur Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Purnea in connection with C.A.no. 4513 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
