The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 379, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The informant of the case of Anganwari Paryawekshak and she has lodged FIR against 18 persons including this petitioner for alleged involvement in disturbing the process of selection of Anganwari Sevika. The petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58281 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM 1st, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019.
