JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2512-2014 with accusation that he dragged the informant's minor daughter by catching her hand but he was caught by witnesses and thereafter, he was handed over to the police. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also keeping note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POSCO), Aurangabad.
