The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- "That this petition is being filed for setting aside the Order dated 18.10.2019, passed on a petition dated 11.4.2016 filed by the petitioner whereby and whereunder the Respondent No.7 was pleased to declare Sri Ram Janki Temple (Baba
Patna High Court CWJC No.13610 of 2023(7) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 Jhakkar Das Kutiya) as the Public Kutiya and further directed to register the same and also declared the Respondent No.9 as the Sebayat of the said Temple/Kutiya without applying the Judicial mind as contained in Annexure-7 of this petition."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approach the competent civil court for the redressal of his grievances.
4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
