JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Heard learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP representing the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 230 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Against the petitioner there is specific allegation for inflicting firearm injury in the chest of the deceased which finds support from the post mortem report also and further from perusal of the impugned order it reveals that there is recovery of five fired cartridges from the place of occurrence also. In the facts and circumstances stated above and
