JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Fifteen liters of country-made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
