2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 dated 16.01.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 308, 504 and 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners are that both the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and the instant matter is based on a complaint
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63071 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/3 filed by one namely, Rinku Devi against eight persons including the petitioners and as per the allegations, the alleged occurrence of assault took place on 29.09.2023 but the complaint was filed on 09.10.2023, after an inordinate delay of ten days without any explanation. It is further submitted that only the informant is said to have been assaulted, whose injury report has been filed as Annexure-2 which shows that she sustained only two injuries in the form of pain in occipital region and abrasion over left side of face which were opined to be simple in nature.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions coupled with petitioners' fair and clean antecedent and also the nature of allegation appearing against them, this Court is inclined to grant relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners namedabove, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024,
