JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the respondent No. 4 by filing representation for redressal of his grievance but no decision was taken on the representation of respondent No. 4 and as such submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondents to take final decision on the representation as contained in Annexure-9 series.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1383 of 2018(2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 Without going to the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Education Board to take final decision within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit, he shall ensure payment of such benefit by requesting the State Government for allocation of appropriate fund and the State is required to grant such fund for payment of salary within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of such request of the Board.
