During pendency of the instant writ petition, the submission is that dismissal order has been passed rendering the relief, in so far as suspension is concerned, to be infructuous. With liberty to assail the dismissal order in appropriate proceedings, petitioner's counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Learned State Counsel has no objection to such prayer.
