JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 The challenge of the petitioner in the present case is to the order of the District Programme Officer, Siwan dated 31.03.2009, whereby and whereunder the entire selection process has been cancelled, since there were severe irregularities and moreover no survey report regarding the majority caste was available. In view of the aforesaid, the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Siwan dated 31.03.2009 as endorsed by the District Magistrate, Siwan on 06.04.2009 cannot be faulted with, hence no interference is called for. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to participate in the fresh selection process. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
