JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 18-02-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in Simra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for a year vide order dated 27.11.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41112 of 2012 which was to be confirmed by the learned court below in three eventualities.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35258 of 2014 (03) dt.18-02-2015 second anticipatory bail application.
