Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of the victim-lady who died within six months of her marriage in unnatural circumstances. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death.
Submission of the petitioner is that during investigation it has come that the victim took medicine under some misimpression which reacted and caused death. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1643 of 2017 (4) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Trial No. 577 of 2016 arising out of Pattori Police Station Case No. 126 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Samastipur/successor Court. Hence, prayer is refused.
