Petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No 1626 of 2013 instituted by the complainant, his wife under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the marriage had taken place three years back and the petitioner works as a Tailor at Mumbai. The whole dispute is that the complainant does not want to stay in the village and look after her in-laws but wants to live at Mumbai with the petitioner which is not possible in the small salary he earns.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36159 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi Sadar in Trial No 3469 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No C1/1626 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
