The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

10 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 312 of 2016.
