Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 34082 of 2021 as well as the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34082 of 2021 by which the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer for modification to the extent that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1780 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 address of petitioner has wrongly been typed as "R/o Village- Patori, P.S. Patori, District- Samastipur" in place of "Village- Harpur Belwa, P.S.- Mahuwa, District- Vaishali" in the main petition and accordingly, in the order dated 01.12.2021 wrong address of petitioner, as aforesaid, has been typed. Therefore, the modification application may be allowed and simultaneously, the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34082 of 2021 may be modified to the aforesaid extent.

In view of the submission, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34082 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This modification application stands disposed of, accordingly.
