2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 17.8.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 25.1.2024 reflects that out of 10 prosecution witnesses, six witnesses have been examined.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 8.6.2021and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future. Co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide paragraphs 10 and 12 of the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be
