JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 The evaluation of the answer sheet of physics paper of the petitioner has not been done as he did not follow the directions and the requirements given in the answer sheet. The answer sheet itself indicates that on non-compliance the same will not be evaluated.

Counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that out of 72 words which required transcribing, which is used for the purpose of verification of identity of every candidate, the petitioner could transcribe only 22 words.

The petitioner could be a bright student but diligence

Patna High Court CWJC No.9489 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 of the student can be decided by the fact that the candidate did not follow the direction given in the question paper and the answer sheet. Since he failed to do so the consequences will be there for him. The writ Court cannot pull him out of his problem which was due to for own omission.

The writ application is dismissed.
