Yesterday also, there was non-appearance, whereas, learned A.C. to Principal Addl. Advocate General - 2, Sri Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel for the respondent/High Court as well as Sri Ranjit Sinha, learned counsel for Bihar Public Service Commission are present. It was submitted that the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, has already been negated by a Single Bench of this Court and approved by the Division Bench.

Be that as it may, since repeatedly none has appeared on behalf of petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
