====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance.

In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 7 of 2003 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 16 of 2003 registered for offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 477(A), 109 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has already challenged the order taking cognizance in which the interim protection has been granting to the petitioner preventing the police to take any coercive action against him. In that view of the matter, there is no apprehension of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13036 of 2018(4) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 arrest to the petitioner.

If any adverse order is passed in the quashing application, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh application for anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
