2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One live cartridge and one loaded pistol have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got six criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 15.01.2021.

5. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Barh, Patna in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61204 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021.

6. The petitioner will visit Bakhtiyarpur Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
