JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 301 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a rice mill owner and was all along ready to supply the rice after milling. However, though the rice is lying in the mill of the petitioner but he has been asked to deposit the price of the rice. It is submitted that in similar circumstances coaccused Jai Prakash Singh has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28210/2014.

No.35782 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely Wakil Singh, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Mohania P.S. Case No. 301 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
