Petitioners are in custody since 19.05.2015, seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 427, 353, 504, 337/34 of Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 19.5.2015 at about 12 noon one patient, namely, Badku along with his relatives and family members came to the Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad and abused and misbehaved with the Medical officer and broke the glasses of Emergency Ward, ICU including Ambulance as well as disturbed the official work.
It has been submditted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29224 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that the petitioners have been clean antecedent and not named in the F.I.R. and allegations are general and omnibus. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No.206/2015. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Sudha/- U T
