Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office within three weeks on resumption of physical mode, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they used to cause hindrance in discharge of official duty due to some mis-

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail petition.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhanka, East Champaran, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
