1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to give administrative support to the Petitioner in Constructing her incomplete house over the lands bearing Khata nos. 21 and 26 and surveys no. 147 and 148 respectively having an total area of 10 dhurs and 2.5 dhurkies, situated

Mairwa, District- Siwan since despite her complaint regarding the obstruction being created by the local anti social elements in Construction of the house, no Police support/administrative support has been actually extended to her except few paper works and this Petitioner being a poor lady having young daughter is facing hardships of life even to attend natural calls."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Siwan, District-Siwan for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
