JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461/379 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are suspected to be involved in the theft of the shop of the informant. It is submitted that, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has opened a fruit shop nearby the shop of the informant and on account of business rivalry, petitioner has been implicated in this case. Except suspicion there are no materials to show his complicity in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60508 of 2022(2) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha (Mission OP) P.S.
