2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari(s) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448/307/365/387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was being taken by her husband and one Mohan Thakur and other accused persons came and rescued her. The petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/concerned court in connection with
