ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

By the present application, the petitioners seek extension of time granted in the order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13261 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to certain circumstances beyond their control, the petitioners could not surrender within the time fixed in the said order and thus, seeks further extension of time.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender of the petitioners vide order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13261 of 2016 is modified and extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of communication of the present order.

It is made clear that if the petitioners do not surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32551 of 2016 (3) dt.23-12-2016 P2/2 within the time granted today, the order dated 01.04.2016 shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.
