Petitioners are named in the first information report with specific allegation that they confined informant in their house and not only badly beaten him but also taken his signature on blank paper. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that present case has been lodged due to previous enmity but in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jainagar P. S. case no. 07/2014 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani stands rejected.
