2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 109(1), 351(1), 351, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the father of the informant because of the admitted land dispute between the parties.

4. The son of the deceased has also been killed in the occurrence. The petitioner and one another accused are said to have assaulted the deceased causing one injury.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61093 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025.
