The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1186 of 2019 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor and the motorcycle in question, which is seized in the present case by the police.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.62282 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 1186 of 2019 arising out of Koilwar P.S.
