JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 The Maintenance Case bearing No. 144 of 2019 filed by the respondent/wife against the petitioner was fixed for exparte hearing vide order dated 6.12.2021 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai. For recall of the exparte hearing of the Maintenance Case, the petitioner/husband filed a recall petition on 22.8.2022 which has been allowed vide impugned order dated 6.9.2022 subject to payment of cost by the petitioner @ Rs.20,000/-.

The petitioner has approached this Court against the imposition of cost which in my opinion is not excessive. Accordingly, the order imposing cost to the
