Petitioner is accused in connection with Mansoorchack P.S. Case No. 54 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 403 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2014.

Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
