20-03-2017 Sri Awadhesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 17, at the very outset, without going into the merit of the case, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, with an observation that his representation, vide Annexure - 2 series to the writ petition, may be directed to be disposed of. In view of limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no reason to keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of with an expectation that respondents may take appropriate decision on the representation, which has been brought on record as Annexure 2
