The present writ application has been preferred for : quash the order dated 25.04.2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer Narkatiaganj the respondent no. 4 to this writ application whereby and where under the said Sub Divisional officer Narkatiaganj cancelled the cattle Market licence of petitioner at Sikta granted by Revenue Department in the year 2005 and being continued which has been recalled/cancelled by the S.D.O. Navkatiaganj by order impugned without any notice or

West Champaran to cancel the cattle market licence of this petitioner as the husband of petitioner Seikh Jahagir is involved in Balthar, P.S. case no. 7/15 under Sec 11 of prevention of cruelty to Animal Act 1960 and sec 414 of IPC and there are also police cases against Seikh Jahagir smuggling of cattle at Nepal border.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the passage of time and the claim has become stale/infructuous.

3. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non prosecution.
