Petitioner is accused in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2009 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2016, but till now, no test identification parade has been made. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
