Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2016, but till now, no test identification parade has been made.
