The petitioner is accused of Gopalpur P.S. No. 53 of 2013 registered under Sections 307, 380, 435, 436, 427/120(B) and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is stated that the petitioner has not been identified in the video clippings. He has no criminal antecedent. Considering the allegation constituting under the aforesaid Sections of the IPC, in my view, the petitioner should surrender and seek regular bail in the court below.

As prayed, the application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail.
