This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he used to tease the informant and attempted to sexually assault her.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.12.2016. The matter is of love affairs.

Since, the statement of the victim-girl has been supported by another witness to some extent the petitioner shall file affidavit before the Court below, at the time of furnishing of the bail bond that he would not indulge in such activity in future.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2752 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 Gr. No. 1314 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
