The petitioners No. 1 is the grand father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is the Uncle-in-law of the victim who are in custody since 24.06.2019 in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 228/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners have nothing to do with the missing of the girl and they have been falsely implicated in the case only because they are remotely connected with the family. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that later on it has come on record that the victim lady has committed suicide but so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no positive material against them.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 228/2018.
